Seminar description
AO Trauma Masters Seminar—Polytrauma, damage control, and fractures of the ankle and knee is a two days seminar who addresses some of the burning questions regarding special clinical situations and particularly difficult articular fractures.
The seminar will be taught in a modular format with 4 modules over two days. It is an interactive event with a small number of key note lectures and many case discussions as well as panel discussions helping participants to understand decision-making process and management skills.
Target participants
The AO Trauma Seminar is targeted at physicians in orthopedic training who have completed the AO Trauma Basic Principles and Advanced Principles courses. It is also open to anyone interested in improving their knowledge and skills in the treatment of articular fractures and polytrauma patients. Participants must be willing to share their ideas and be able to communicate well in English.
